Darci Thabes, stone artist
Daughter of John and Devra Deems

"Being outdoors has always played a huge part in my life, and now plays a huge part in my art.  I grew up playing in the woods and rivers of West Virginia. Then, after a brief stop in the Northwoods of Wisconsin for college, I spent time in the Mountains of Idaho and Montana.  All these diverse locations have given me the ability to observe, and be inspired by, the natural world."
