The First ON TRAC Assessment Team Visit took place in Rowlesburg on October 27 and 28, 2009 in The Szilagyi Center/Old RHS. WV ON TRAC team members (from left to right) Todd Barman, Robyn Hess (Mentor), Michael Gioulis and Delphine Coffey were in Rowlesburg to
review a submission portfolio and to listen to concerns and answer
questions posed by town citizens. Presenters willingly shared their
expertise on Main Street USA matters.

Tuesday, October 27, the team toured the Downtown Rowlesburg Historic
District with DRHD Chairperson and ON TRAC Liaison followed by a meeting
with RRC, Inc. At 5pm, citizens attended a Community Open House with a special power point presentation by Delphine Coffey.
· On
Wednesday, October 28, the team conducted an interview with downtown
Property Owners followed by a meeting with Downtown Merchants and by a
meeting with Mayor Barbara Banister. A luncheon was served to the team
at the River City Café. A comprehensive oral report by Coffey, Gioulis,
